After listening to your CD I placed my hands on my ovaries lots of warmth came through, by coicidence the next day my moon cycle arrived with considerably less pain than usual.

Thanks a mil once again for the Sounds & Symbols CD- I was listening to it
while working today and there were times when it drew me right back to the soundbath
that you gave me. I thought it was interesting how I recognised the sound of
some of the bowls and your gong- it's like they were familiar characters being
introduced at a performance :) I'm planning on putting it onto my mp3
player so that I can listen to it while laying in bed.
